Regenerative agriculture is a vital practice in our supply chain. 

Though usage of manure was being practiced by farmers, most manures were not well composted for use and thus farmers were not getting the real benefit from it. 

Therefore, the farmers were introduced to commercially available products made from composted manure to get the full benefits.

In this case, composting demonstrations were conducted in each society by persons with experience. The promoter farmers brought the materials for composting from their homes for the demonstrations at the coffee factory farm. After training, each participating promoter farmer was provided with MForte, a mircoorganisms enhancing product, which would enable them to start their own composting sites in their compound. 

The results show that 50% of the promoter farmers are now composting, either individually or as a group. Where they have no materials to make, they are buying the commercially available organic manures for use as they wait for theirs to be ready.
